Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Primavera Unifier Consultant to lead the design, implementation, configuration, integration, and optimization of Oracle Primavera Unifier solutions for capital projects, construction programs, infrastructure, and enterprise project management environments. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, project controls teams, PMOs, IT teams, and executive leadership to deliver scalable solutions that improve project governance, cost control, workflow automation, and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional and technical expertise in Oracle Primavera Unifier, strong project delivery experience, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective enterprise solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Oracle Primavera Unifier implementations.

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.

Design and configure business processes, forms, workflows, shells, reports, and dashboards.

Develop solution architecture aligned with organizational project controls and governance frameworks.

Conduct system testing, UAT support, and production deployment.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

8+ years of Primavera experience.

5+ years of hands-on Oracle Primavera Unifier implementation experience.

Experience delivering multiple full-cycle Unifier implementations.

Experience in large-scale capital projects, construction, infrastructure, energy, transportation, or real estate sectors.

Oracle Primavera Unifier configuration.

Primavera P6 integration.

Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) knowledge.

REST/SOAP APIs.

SQL and database fundamentals.

Data migration and ETL concepts.
