Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and manage accounts for more retention and customer satisfaction

Acheive and exceed sales targets

Expand business and Oracle Footprint across all Oracle Applications

Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and solution workshops for prospective and existing clients

Collaborate with solution architects, technical consultants, and delivery teams to design and propose solutions
-
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to successfully close deals
-
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies

Provide regular updates, forecasts, and reports to management on account performance
-
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution
Required Skills & Qualifications

More than 4 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within Oracle vendors

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field

Strong knowledge of Oracle applications and cloud solutions

Proven track record in enterprise software sales and account management

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to build trusted relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers

Strategic thinking with strong business acumen

Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in teams
